To Resolve this issue:
Verify the student’s email address.
  • Confirm that the student is logging in with the same email you used to assign the course token.
Check for duplicate or existing accounts.
  • If the student used a different email, they may have already started the course under another training profile.
  • If so, have them log out and then log back in using the original credentials they used to start the course.
If they have not started the course yet:
  • Have the student log in to the account they created.
  • Click their name in the upper-right corner and select “My Profile.”
  • Enter your School Facility ID and click Update to link their account to your school.
Reassign the course token. Once the student’s account is linked:
  • Log in to your school account.
  • Go to Manage Tokens → Usage and recall the previously issued token.
  • Use Option 2: Assign from List to assign a new training token.
  • The course will then appear under the student’s Training tab.

If a student is not appearing on under your Student Records. Have them log into their training account, click on their name in the upper right corner of the page and then select My Profile. Instruct the student to enter your School Account’s Facility ID in the Facility field and click Update. This should manually add them to your records tab.
